Was up early for the occasion of the ND game, and the early season satisfaction of Lee Corso's BCS champion pick (Cal) getting finished off by Tennessee. It makes me happy.
Being up early means getting to enjoy the sunrise here, which is usually fantastic. Today was no exception.

Corso still defended his pick of Cal. Said that they could win the next 11 and make a Nat'l Champ bid. Cal just played their toughest team of the year and could possibly win out. While Tenn has to play in the SEC.
No one likes Corso.

Tennessee is going to be tougher than playing @ SC? My how conventional wisdom suddenly shifts on the basis of one ass-kicking.
Corso is hilarious. Cal cannot make a title bid. Given there was little else on at the time, every voter in the country was watching when UT was up by five TDs. For all intents and purposes, Tennessee coasted from there, and the final score of 35-18 only placates those who look back five years from now and forget what a romp the actual game was.
Anyway, glad you got to get some football watching in over there. I still can't get over the fact that UW was favored by 19 over ANYONE. I'll take those points any day of the week, even with my high school's team.
